This notice explains the website inquiry process for SecondKey Turnovers. Questions about your information can be sent to service@secondkeyturnovers.com or raised by calling 612-275-2057.
What you provide
Our quote, walkthrough, and vendor forms collect contact details and the project or business information you enter, such as company, city, space size, cleaning needs, timing, and vendor requirements. Please do not include keys or access codes, financial or health records, confidential workplace documents, or sensitive tenant information.
Why it is used
SecondKey uses inquiry details to respond, evaluate the requested work, prepare a scope or quote, and coordinate next steps. A form submission is not a booking or an agreement to start service.
How a request is routed
The website runs on Cloudflare. Form details are processed by our server and sent through Web3Forms to SecondKey by email. The form also attempts to record the request in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script. Those providers process information as part of delivering these services. Web3Forms may retain submitted details under its privacy and retention policy. Requests can also remain in SecondKey's email and spreadsheet records; contact us with questions or a removal request. If the form cannot confirm delivery, it offers a prepared email that you choose whether to send.

Website and campaign information
A request includes its submission time, a request reference, the page it came from, the referring website origin when available, and campaign codes when present. Campaign codes may be kept in temporary browser-tab storage to associate a request with outreach. Do not put personal information in campaign links.
The current website has local interaction-event hooks for clicks and confirmed form submissions; those events do not include the contact details you enter. No external advertising pixel or analytics reporting service is configured in the website code. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection information to operate and protect their services. Pages using Google Fonts request font files from Google.
When rate limiting is enabled, our server uses the connection IP address with Cloudflare to reduce repeated automated submissions. The website does not add that address to your inquiry email, lead spreadsheet, interaction events, or its application log messages. Cloudflare may process technical information under its own privacy policy.
Questions, corrections, or removal requests
Contact SecondKey if you want to correct inquiry information, ask how it is being used, or request removal of information held by the business. Include enough detail to locate the request, but do not email sensitive identity documents. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
