The working checklist

Cover the everyday cleaning that matters.

The final task list is agreed in writing. Initial deep cleaning or additional tasks are priced separately when needed.

01

Restrooms

Agreed cleaning of toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, touchpoints, and floors. Consumable restocking responsibilities are confirmed in your scope.

02

Breakrooms

Accessible counters, sinks, tables, and agreed appliance exteriors. Dishes, food handling, and appliance interiors are not assumed.

03

Floors & waste

Vacuuming, mopping appropriate surfaces, and taking ordinary trash and recycling to designated on-site bins.

04

Shared spaces

Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces in reception, meeting rooms, and other approved areas. Paperwork and personal items stay undisturbed.

Fit before commitment

A practical plan for your office.

Start by showing us the space and where the current cleaning falls short. We review restrooms, floor types, traffic, surface-care instructions, supplies, and access together.

Already have a cleaner? Ask about backup coverage or a separately scoped project. Availability is confirmed for each assignment.

Not included in routine office cleaning

Medical or clinical cleaning, hazardous or biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, high-access work, repairs, and specialized floor restoration.

We do not handle confidential documents or move valuable equipment without an agreed scope. Specialty carpet cleaning, heavy buildup, and an initial deep clean are reviewed separately.

Insurance coverage and your vendor requirements must be confirmed before a job is accepted.

Office buyer FAQ

Before you book.

Looking for documents or a backup provider? Visit vendor readiness.

What does recurring office cleaning cost?

We quote after reviewing size, restrooms, floor types, traffic, tasks, frequency, condition, and access. Your written quote separates routine cleaning from any initial deep clean or optional extras. There is no published flat rate for every office.

Can you clean after business hours?

Tell us your preferred access window. Evening, early, or other requested hours depend on available scheduling; we confirm a workable time before you book.

Who handles supplies, paper products, and keys?

We agree on cleaning products, equipment, and who provides liners, paper products, and soap during the walkthrough. Key handoff, alarms, secure areas, and lockup instructions are confirmed separately. Do not put access codes in this form.

Do we have to commit to a long-term contract?

Service frequency, billing, changes, and cancellation terms are discussed in the written proposal before you agree. A walkthrough request does not book a service or commit you to a contract.

Can you work with our property manager or vendor system?

Yes, we can review your onboarding process and work-order requirements. A W-9 is available. Insurance coverage and any specific client requirements must be confirmed before a job is accepted.

What if something needs attention after a clean?

Contact Joshua with the room or task and, when appropriate, a photo that does not include private documents. We review it against the approved scope and discuss the next step. New tasks or changed conditions are scoped before additional work.

Request an office walkthrough

Tell us about your workplace.

Joshua will review the details and follow up about fit, availability, and a walkthrough. This is a request—not an instant booking.

Not sure about square footage? An estimate is fine. Please leave out alarm codes, employee records, and other sensitive information.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. We use these details to respond to your request. How request information is handled.
